Help logging in to your candidate, recruiter, store, or other platform account

Recruiters

  • The account owner at your school should identify you as a recruiter at your school. If you do not have a recruiter account on ISS EDUrecruit, please contact your school account owner. 
  • The first time you personally access ISS EDUrecruit, you will need to set up login credentials with your (school) email address and create a password.
  • If you have had an active ISS-Schrole Advantage account as of June 30, 2021, use this link to login. You will need to use the email address associated with your ISS-Schrole Advantage account ​to access your new ISS EDUrecruit account. You will be prompted to verify your email address and change your password. Do not use the same password you have used previously.
  • If you have forgotten your password, click the Don't remember your Password? link.

Candidates

  • You will create an account when you purchase your ISS EDUrecruit annual membership. You should use a personal email address that will remain consistent as you accept different positions throughout your career.
  • The first time you personally access ISS EDUrecruit, you will need to set up login credentials with that personal email address and create a password.
  • If you have had an active ISS-Schrole Advantage account as of June 30, 2021, use this link to login. You will need to use the email address associated with your ISS-Schrole Advantage account ​to access your new ISS EDUrecruit account. You will be prompted to verify your email address and change your password. Do not use the same password you have used previously.
  • If you have forgotten your password, click the Don't remember your Password? link.

    Other Platforms, including ISS School Store and Canvas

    • The ISS School Store, Canvas and other similar platforms all do require separate login credentials. If you are encountering difficulty, check that you are using the correct email address. You may need to reset your password by following the directions of that specific platform.
